🌟 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP MY ORDER?
I typically take 3-6 days to pack and ship your order after receiving it. If there's a considerable delay on a batch of orders, I'll post an update on Twitter, Tumblr, and Bluesky.
Pre-order items take much longer to arrive, so check those items' descriptions to see my estimate on when those will ship.
🌟 ARE THE STICKERS WATERPROOF?
Yes! They can be placed on water bottles and cars and will be okay. However, they aren't built to weather the outdoors for long periods, so expect a bit of wear after a while.
🌟 WHY ARE THERE SCRATCHES ON MY CHARM?
You probably need to remove the protective plastic. Every charm comes with a protective film that you can peel off. Charms with an epoxy coating (smooth on the front) will only have this film on the back.
🌟 DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA?
Currently I only offer shipping to the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada. I don't have plans to expand international shipping options currently.

SHIPPING
🌟 I only use USPS to ship orders - I don't offer shipping with private carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
🌟 Orders within the US are normally scheduled to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Orders to Canada usually arrive within 2-5 weeks after shipment, but sometimes there are delays when the package goes through customs. Given the current state of USPS and Canada Post, there may be extended delays on deliveries! Please be patient with your order - if it's been over a month since you received a shipping notification, feel free to contact me and I'll help where I can (if I don't contact you first).
🌟 Orders that only include stickers will be shipped in a USPS First Class stamped envelope which does not include tracking. All other orders will be shipped with USPS First Class Package shipping, which comes with tracking.
